전리품을 취하게 하시는 하나님의 목적, 그 일례

 다윗과 그의 군대가 집을 떠나 있을 때 아말렉 사람들이 그의 마을 시글락을 침략했습니다. 이 약탈을 목적으로 침략한 자들은 마을 전체를 불사르고 여자와 아이들 모두를 잡아갔습니다. 다윗이 돌아왔을 때 “백성들이 ....다윗을 돌로 치자 하니 다윗이 크게 다급하였으나 그의 하나님 여호와를 힘입고 용기를 얻었더라”(삼상30:6).

대단한 영적 전쟁입니다! 이것은 단순히 다윗을 대적하는 공격이 아닙니다. 하나님의 영원한 목적에 대항하는 총력전인 것입니다. 다시 한 번 마귀는 하나님의 씨를 추격하고 있었습니다.

이것이 모든 영적 전쟁의 초점입니다. 원수는 언제나 그리스도의 씨를 파멸시키려고 결단하고 있습니다. 십자가 사건 후 2000년이 지난 지금도 이 사실은 변치 않았습니다. 사탄은 아직도 하나님의 씨를 파멸하려고 다니며 그리스도의 씨인 우리를 공격함으로써 이 일을 하고 있습니다. 부하들이 원망하는 소리를 들었을 때 다윗은 위협을 느꼈습니다. 그러나 다윗은 그의 중심이 하나님께 올바른 것을 알았고 주님 안에서 자신을 격려했다고 성경은 말합니다. 즉시 이 믿음의 사람은 아말렉 사람들을 뒤쫓아 갔습니다. 그는 금세 그들을 따라잡아 모든 사람과 잃어버렸던 소유물들을 되찾았습니다(삼상 30:19-20 참조). 다윗은 시글락에서 탈취 당했던 물건들을 되찾았을 뿐 아니라 아말렉 사람들이 약탈한 다른 모든 것도 되찾아왔습니다.

이 모든 전리품을 가지고 다윗은 무엇을 했을까요? 그는 하나님의 목적을 유지하는 데 이것들을 사용했습니다. 또한 그는 유다의 장로들과 그와 그의 부하들이 숨어있던 마을들에게 이 탈취물을 선물로 보냈습니다(삼상 30:26, 31 참조). 이것이 우리의 영적 전투에 대한 하나님의 목적의 또 다른 일례입니다. 우리는 자신을 위해서만 전리품을 취할 것이 아니라 그리스도의 몸을 위해서도 취해야 할 것입니다. 우리가 획득한 자원들은 다른 사람들에게 축복이 되기 위함입니다.

기근 때에 아람 군대가 사마리아를 포위했습니다. 아람 군대는 사마리아 사람들이 굶어죽기를 기다리며 성 주위에 진을 치고 있었습니다. 성안의 상황은 최악이어서 나귀머리 하나가 은 80 세겔에 팔렸습니다. 상황이 너무도 다급했던지라 여인들이 그들의 자녀를 삶아 먹기위해 내어 놓을 지경에 이르렀습니다. 완전히 광란의 지경이었습니다(왕하 6 참조).

성 밖에 살던 나병환자 네 사람이 마침내 서로 이렇게 말했습니다. “우리가 어찌하여 여기 앉아서 죽기를 기다리랴...그런즉 우리가 가서 아람 군대에게 항복하자 그들이 우리를 살려 두면 살 것이요 우리를 죽이면 죽을 것이라”(왕하 7:3-4). 그리하여 그들은 아람 진으로 출발했습니다.

그들이 도착해보니 모든 것이 죽은 듯 고요했습니다. 한 사람도 보이지 않았습니다. 그래서 그들은 모든 장막을 수색해 보았으나 모두가 도망해 버렸습니다. 성경은 이렇게 설명합니다. “이는 주께서 아람 군대로 병거 소리와 말 소리와 큰 군대의 소리를 듣게 하셨으므로 아람 사람이 서로 말하기를 이스라엘 왕이 우리를 치려 하여 헷 사람의 왕들과 애굽 왕들에게 값을 주고 그들을 우리에게 오게 하였다 하고 해질 무렵에 일어나서 도망하되 그 장막과 말과 나귀를 버리고 진영을 그대로 두고 목숨을 위하여 도망하였음이라”(7:6-7).

나병환자들은 이것을 깨닫자 진을 돌아다니며 먹고 마신 다음 성으로 돌아가 외쳤습니다. “우리와 함께 가자. 믿기 어렵겠지만 아람군대가 진을 버리고 도망쳤다”(7:10 참조). 주님은 전체 상황을 180도 전환 시키셨습니다. 그분은 전리품을 취하셔서 지상에서 그분의 뜻을 유지하시며 자신의 백성을 회복시키고 기운을 차리게 하셨습니다.

이해가 되십니까? 당신이 현재 치르고 있는 전투의 이유가 이해되기 시작합니까? 주님께 신뢰를 두는 자는 원수의 모든 세력을 이기는 영광스러운 승리가 약속되어 있습니다. 하나님은 당신에게 알려주기 원하십니다. “그렇다, 너는 승리하며 나올 것이다. 하지만 나는 너를 승리자 그 이상의 것으로 만들어 줄 것이다. 나는 내 왕국을 위하여 네 안에 더욱 위대한 목적을 고안하고 있다. 너는 네가 처리할 수 있는 것 보다 훨씬 더 많은 전리품을 가지고 이 전투에서 나올 것이다.”

 

 

While David and his army were away, the Amalekites raided his village of Ziklag. These marauding invaders took all the women and children and burned down the whole town. When David returned, he "was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him…but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God" (1 Samuel 30:6).Talk about spiritual warfare! This wasn't just an attack against David. It was an all-out assault against God's eternal purpose. once again, the devil was after God's seed.

This is the focus of all spiritual warfare: The enemy has always been determined to destroy the seed of Christ. And that fact hasn't changed even 2000 years after the Cross. Satan is still out to destroy God's seed, and he does this by attacking us, the seed of Christ. David felt threatened when he heard the grumbling of his men. But David knew his heart was right with God, and Scripture says he encouraged himself in the Lord. Immediately, this man of faith took off in pursuit of the Amalekites. And he quickly overtook them, rescuing every person and possession that had been taken (see 1 Samuel 30:19–20). David not only recovered what was taken from Ziklag but everything else the Amalekites had plundered.

What did David do with all these spoils of war? He used them to maintain the purposes of God. In addition, he sent gifts of the spoils to the elders of Judah and to the towns where he and his men had been hiding (see 1 Samuel 30:26 and 31). This is another example of God's purpose in our spiritual warfare. We're to take spoils from battle not just for ourselves, but for the body of Christ. The resources we gain are meant to bring blessing to others.

The Syrian army besieged the city of Samaria during a famine. The Syrians simply camped outside the city, waiting for the Samaritans to starve. Conditions got so bad within the city walls, a donkey's head sold for eighty pieces of silver. Things grew so desperate that women were offering their children to be boiled for food. It was sheer insanity (see 2 Kings 6).

Four lepers who lived outside the city walls finally said to themselves, "Why sit we here until we die?…Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die" (2 Kings 7:3–4). So they set out for the Syrian camp.

When they arrived, everything was deathly still. Not a soul was in sight. So they searched every tent, but everyone was gone. Scripture explains: "The Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us. Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses…even the camp as it was, and fled for their life" (7:6–7).

When the lepers realized this, they went throughout the camp eating and drinking and then they went back to the city and called out, "Come with us. You won't believe it, but the Syrians have fled their camp" (see 7:10). The Lord turned the whole situation around. He took the spoils of warfare and used them to restore and refresh his people, maintaining his cause on earth.

Are you getting the picture? Are you beginning to understand the reason for your present battle? Those who put their trust in the Lord are promised glorious victory over all power of the enemy. God wants you to know, "Yes, you'll come through victorious. But I am going to make you more than an overcomer. I'm working out an even greater purpose in you for my kingdom. You'll come out of this battle with more spoils than you can handle."

 

 

当大卫和他的军队在外时，亚玛力人进攻了他在洗革拉的村落。这些到处抢劫的侵略者掳掠了所有妇孺，且把该镇全然烧毁了。大卫回来後，便「甚是焦急；因众人为自己的儿女苦恼，说，要用石头打死他；大卫却倚靠耶和华他的 神，心里坚固。」(撒上30：6)

这是何等的一场属灵争战！这不仅是对大卫的攻势，更是对 神永恒旨意的全面攻击。再一次，魔鬼是为要伤害 神的苗裔。

这是所有属灵争战的焦点：仇敌向来都立心要摧毁基督的苗裔。甚至主上十字架两千年後，事实依然未变。撒但仍然要毁灭 神的苗裔；而为要这样做，牠不断攻击我们，即主的苗裔。当大卫听见随人怨声载道，便感到受威胁。但大卫知道在 神眼中自己是心里正直的，而圣经记载，他倚靠 神，心里坚固。於是，这满有信心的人马上出发追赶亚玛力人。而他很快就赶上他们，把被掳的每个人和财物都一概救回(参看撒上30：19-20) 大卫不仅夺回了洗革拉的一切损失，他更把亚玛力人所拥有的都掳掠了。

大卫究竟把这些战利品用来做什麽？他把它们用作维持 神的旨意。而且，他更把掳物分赠给犹大的长老，以及那些他和随从曾经藏匿的村镇(参看撒上30：26和31)。这就是另一个例證，说到 神在我们属灵争战的美意。我们从争战中得掳物不仅是为著我们自己，乃是为著主的身体。我们所赢得的资源乃是为要造福别人。

在饥馑荒年，亚兰军兵曾经围困撒玛利亚城。亚兰人就在城外紮营，等候撒玛利亚人自己饿死。城内的情况变得如此严峻，以致一个驴头竟然买到八十块银钱。事情变得如此绝望，以致妇女们都把儿女交出来给人吃。当时的情况实在狂乱不已(参看王下6)。

终於，有四个住在城墙之外，患了大痲疯的人对自己说：「我们为何坐在这里等死呢？…来吧，我们去投降亚兰人的军队；他们若留我们的活命，就活著，若杀我们，就死了吧。」(王下7：3-4) 於是，他们动身往亚兰人的营盘去。

当他们抵达时，发现那里一片死寂，人影全无。於是，他们搜索每一个帐棚，但敌军都不知所踪。圣经解释说：「因为主使亚兰人的军队听见车马的声音，是大军的声音；他们就彼此说，这必是以色列王贿买赫人的诸王，和埃及人的诸王，来攻击我们。所以在黄昏的时候他们起来逃跑，撇下帐棚、马、驴，营盘照旧，只顾逃命。」(7：6-7)

当那些患大痳疯的得知实情後，他们便在整个营盘里吃吃喝喝。继而，他们回到城里呼喊说：「和我们一起去。你们都不会相信，但亚兰人已经逃离他们的营盘了。」(参看7：10) 原来，神已经扭转局势。祂已经把战利品用以复兴安舒祂的百姓，维持祂在全地的旨意。

你明白吗？你是否对自己目前争战的理由，开始有所瞭解？凡信靠主的，都得著应许；他们都会荣耀地胜过仇敌的一切权势。神要你知道：「是，你会得胜的。但我要使你得胜有馀。我正为著自己的国度，甚至要在你里面成就更大的旨意。你会带著战利品从争战出来，而这是超过你所能应付的。」
