모든 일에 넉넉함 (SUFFICIENCY IN ALL THINGS)

 왜 수많은 신자들이 더 이상 지속해 나갈 수 없을 것처럼 연약함, 절망과 허무한 느낌을 체험할까요? 그것은 그들이 성령께서 바울에게 주셨던 계시, 즉 믿음으로 청구하는 자들을 위해 하나님이 마련해두신 모든 예비하심에 대한 계시를 갖지 못했기 때문입니다!

당신은 바울의 풍요한 종에 대한 묘사, 즉 언제나, 모든 위기의 때에 필요한 모든 것, 그 이상을 소유한 자의 묘사에 들어맞는 사람입니까? 당신은 하늘 은행에서 인출함으로써 이것을 입증해보았습니까?

수년 간 나는 캐스린 쿨만과 사역했습니다. 아침과 저녁으로 그녀의 모임에서 마음을 쏟아 설교했고 통상 하루가 끝날 무렵에는 기진맥진했습니다. 어느 날 밤 캐스린이 그웬과 내게말했습니다. “나가서 저녁을 먹읍시다.” 나는 그녀에게 “미안하지만 너무 피곤합니다. 모텔로 가서 잠을 자야겠어요,”라고 말했습니다.

그녀는 나를 의아한 눈으로 쳐다보며 물었습니다. “데이빗, 오늘 밤 성령의 기름 부으심 하에 설교했나요?” “당신이 알다시피 나는 기름부음을 받았어요. 제단이 꽉 찼잖아요!”라고 대답했습니다.

캐스린이 조용히 말했습니다. “그렇다면 당신은 뭔가 놓친 것이 있어요. 만약 당신이 성령의 능력 하에서 사역한다면 시작했을 때 보다 예배가 끝났을 때 더욱 강해져야만 합니다. 그분은 생기를 주시는 영이시기 때문이지요! 당신은 당신의 육을 초월할 수 있어요. 성령에 의해 그 자유를 청구할 수 있으니까요.” 그 이후로 나는 내 사역에서 그 진리를 입증했습니다.

“...이는 너희로 모든 일에 항상 모든 것이 넉넉하여 모든 착한 일을 넘치게 하게 하려 하심이라”(고후9:8). 여기서 넘치다라는 말은 문자 그대로 “계속 증가하다, 시작 보다 끝에 더욱 많이 갖다”라는 의미입니다. 다시 말해서 전투가 강렬해 질수록 하나님의 은혜는 증가 합니다! 연약함이 당신에게 임할 때 그분의 힘은 더욱 강하게 옵니다 - 당신이 그것을 믿는다면. 

 

 

Why do so many believers experience weakness, feelings of despair and emptiness, as if they can’t go on? It is because they do not have the revelation that the Spirit gave Paul—a revelation of all the provisions God has made possible for those who would claim them by faith!Do you fit Paul’s description of a bountiful servant—one who has all he needs and more, at all times, in every crisis? Have you proven this by drawing on the bank of heaven?

For several years I worked with Kathryn Kuhlman. I preached my heart out at her meetings in the morning and evening, and usually by the end of the day I was wiped out. one night Kathryn said to Gwen and me, “Let’s go out and get something to eat.” I told her, “I’m sorry—I’m too tired. I’ve got to go to the motel and get some sleep.”

She looked at me quizzically and asked, “David, did you preach under the Spirit’s unction tonight?” I answered, “You know I was anointed. The altars were filled!”

Kathryn said quietly, “Then you’re missing something. If you’re ministering under the power of the Holy Ghost, you should be stronger at the end of service than when you started—because he is a quickening Spirit! You can rise above your flesh, because by the Spirit you can claim that freedom.” Since then I have proved that truth in my ministry.

“…that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8). To abound here literally means, “ever-increasing; to have more at the end than at the beginning.” In other words, as the battle gets hotter, God’s grace increases! As weakness comes upon you, his strength comes on even greater—if you believe it.

 

 

為什麼有那麼多信徒都經歷軟弱，感到沮喪空虛，彷彿無法繼續下去？是因為他們並沒有得著聖靈所賜給保羅的啟示 – 說到 神可大大供應給凡憑信心支取的人！

你是否符合保羅所說那富饒豐足的僕人的寫照 – 就是那時時刻刻，且在每一困境裡，都得著超過他所需的？你曾否從天上的銀行有所支取，從而証實這件事？

我曾經與凱薩琳‧考門(Kathryn Kulman)同工好幾年。我曾經早晚都在她所舉行的聚會裡盡心竭力地講道；到了一天結束的時候，我通常都會感到筋疲力盡。有一個晚上，凱薩琳對我們兩夫婦說：「我們一同出去，吃點東西吧。」我告訴她說：「我很抱歉 – 我太累了。我必須到旅館去睡一睡。」

她詫異地看著我，問道：「大衛，你今天晚上不是帶著靈的口才而講道嗎？」我回答說：「你知道我是蒙 神膏抹的。講台前都站滿了人！」

凱薩琳輕輕地說：「那你就忽略了一些事情。你若在聖靈的權能之下事奉，你過後該比在開始時更加剛強，因為祂是個叫人活的聖靈！你可以勝過自己的肉體，因為憑著聖靈，你可以支取那自由。」自此，我一直都在事奉中証實這真理。

「… 使你凡事常常充足，能多行各樣善事。」(林後9：8) 這裡的多字面上的意思就是「越發加增，後來比先前時更多得著。」換言之，爭戰愈是熾熱，神的恩典就愈必加增！當軟弱之感臨到你的時候，衪更大的力量就會臨到 – 若你相信。
